Prerequisite
Before proceeding, the customer’s IT team
must ensure that
the following three domains are added to
the company’s outgoing firewall.
Failure to do so may result in issues with
product registration, validation,
and updates:
- https://www.lendertoolkit.com
- https://api.lendertoolkit.com
- https://toolshed.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/

Deploying PowerTools™
- Download the PowerTools™ Encompass® package from:
- Open Encompass®
Input Form Builder and log in
with a Super Admin
account.
- Navigate
to Tools > Package Import
Wizard.
- In the
popup, click Browse… and locate
the downloaded package file from
Step 1
(LTK-ToolShed.empkg).
- Select
the file and click Open.

- Click Next
> through
the prompts. If
prompted with “Overwrite Data”
popups,
select Apply this decision to
all and click Yes.
Loan
data will not be affected.
- Review
the Import Package -
Summary,
and then click Import.

- When
the import
completes,
click OK on
the
confirmation
popup.

- When
asked to open
imported forms
in
the
editor, click No.

- Exit
Input Form
Builder by
selecting File
>
Exit.

Activating PowerTools™
- Log in
to Encompass® as a Super
Administrator.

- From
the main menu, select Encompass® →
LTK PowerTools….

- Complete
the product registration form and
click Submit.

- If
registration succeeds, a popup will
display the license number. Click OK.
- If
registration fails, note the error
and send it to support@lendertoolkit.com.
- By
default, PowerTools™ is visible only
to administrators and super admins.
To make it visible to all users:
- Go
to Settings > Access. Access
can be granted to certain users or
all users with specific
personas.



6. Close the
PowerTools™ Dashboard by clicking the X in the top-right
corner.
Enabling Individual PowerTools™
Apps
- Ensure
PowerTools™ is activated (see previous
section).
- Log in
as a Super Administrator.
- Open
PowerTools™ via Encompass® → LTK
PowerTools….
- Click Settings in the top-right
corner.
- Turn
on each desired PowerTool™ by clicking On. Be sure to wait a few
seconds for popup status
messages.
- After
installation, click OK on the
confirmation popups.
- Close the
PowerTools™ Dashboard and restart
Encompass®.
Updating PowerTools™
- PowerTools™
checks for updates when the first
Super Admin logs in (once per
day).
- If an
update is available, click Yes on the “New Version Update”
popup.

- After
installation, click OK on the
confirmation popup.

- Restart
Encompass® for changes to take
effect.
