The User Touches tool enables Encompass administrators and
users to track how many times users "touch" a loan—and for how
long—during each stage of the loan workflow. A "touch" is recorded
each time a user opens and closes a loan. The tool provides per-milestone,
per-user, and per-role breakdowns, giving operations teams detailed visibility
into loan processing activity.
This tool supports both individual loan analysis for end
users and a full administrative interface for searching, editing, and exporting
touch data across the entire loan portfolio.

Please note that before this tool can be activated,
clients must be able to access the Toolshed Portal and have obtained API
credentials.
Toolshed Portal
If the primary Encompass Administrator does not have access
to the Toolshed Portal, please email support@lendertoolkit.com with
the administrator's name, email address, phone number and the Encompass Client
ID. Our support team will be happy to assist with setting up access.
API User and Persona
Please note that the API versions of our PowerTools™ and
automations require an API user to be created in each instance where the
