Lender Toolkit regularly releases updates to PowerTools™ to
enhance performance and introduce new features. In most cases, users are
automatically prompted to update PowerTools™ when logging into Encompass®. If
the update prompt does not appear, updates can be checked and installed
manually using the steps below.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- From
the main Encompass® menu, go to Encompass® > LTK PowerTools™.
- Click Settings.

- In
the General Settings tab, click Check for PowerTools™
Update to check for updates to the PowerTools™ Core product.
Click Check for Product Updates to check for available updates to individual
PowerTools™.
If updates are available for either
PowerTools™ Core or individual tools, a message will
appear allowing the update
to be completed with a single click.
If a message indicates that no
updates are available, PowerTools™ is already up to date.
To confirm the version of PowerTools™ Core currently in use,
click on About.
This can also be found at the bottom of the main PowerTools™
Dashboard form.
If any updates are applied, Encompass® must be restarted for
the changes to take effect.
