Purpose

The FEMA Disaster Search Plugin in Lender Toolkit's PowerTools is a time saving utility that automatically pulls FEMA Disaster Results from the FEMA website using the Zip Code and can create a PDF which is uploaded to the eFolder.  The tool returns information about property related disasters declared by FEMA over the previous 6 months.

  2. When the "Run Search" checkbox is checked
    • This checkbox overrides any settings and is a manual run search

Things To Know

  1. Plugin will not run if loan has not been saved. (ie. New Loan)
  2. Plugin will run first time automatically if [CX.FEMA.LAST.RUN] is empty. (This rule will fire regardless of milestone settings.)

    • Zip Code= [15]
    • declarationType = 'DR'

    • incidentEndDate >= ["Log.MS.Date.File Started"].AddYears(-.5) OR
