The Audit Log API is the next-generation version of the Audit Field Export tool, now powered by the LTK cloud-based API infrastructure. It replaces the legacy SDK-based Audit Field Export plugin that runs within the Encompass desktop client.

Benefits

The Audit Log API provides visibility into field change history for any loan in your Encompass environment. Administrators and users can search by loan number, view detailed audit trail records including Field ID, Field Name, Timestamp, Changed By, Prior Value, New Value, and Current Value. Results can be exported to CSV for easy filtering and analysis.

Activation

To turn this tool on:

1. Log in to Lender Toolkit Toolshed.

2. Turn on the Audit Log by clicking On.

Using the Audit Log

  1. Open "Audit Log” in Toolshed.
  2. Enter the loan number to search.
