Overview

The Audit Log plugin, part of Lender Toolkit’s PowerTools™ Expert Tier, provides a user-friendly interface to view the history of all Audit Log fields within the Encompass® environment.

Getting Started

To activate the plugin:

  1. Log into Encompass® as a Super Admin.
  2. Open LTK PowerTools™ from the Encompass® menu and click “Settings.” Make sure your PowerTools™ license is Expert, Optimized or Enterprise Tier.
  3. Go to the PowerTools™ Expert tab, locate Audit Log in the list and click “ON”.
  4. When prompted, click “Yes” to install the plugin’s EMPKG package. After activation of the Tool, be sure to wait for the prompt informing you that the download is complete prior to continuing.
  5. Ensure a license key populated.
  6. After installation, click “OK” to confirm and restart Encompass®.

You’ll now see “LTK - Audit Log” listed under Input Forms.

Using the Audit Log

  1. Open the “LTK - Audit Log” input form.
  2. Click the “Open Audit Log” button.

  1. The Audit Log interface will launch, allowing you to:
  • Search by Field ID
  • Filter by Date Range
  • Look up changes by User

The audit details can be exported to Excel allowing for easy filtering and sorting of loan information.
