Lender Toolkit PowerTools
are periodically updated. Administrators
are prompted to update to the new version when they log into Encompass
following the update.
Occasionally the updates
are not automatically pushed to an Encompass environment and need to be applied
manually. Please take the following steps
to update PowerTools to the most current version.
1. On the main
Encompass menu, click Encompass > LTK PowerTools
2. Click on
Settings
3. Admin
Settings-Select General Settings Tab Select -Check for PowerTools Update &
Check for Product Updates
4. Admin Settings-Click on the
About Tab-Confirm the Version
5. Log out and back into
Encompass to verify the PowerTools have been updated.
6. If the PowerTools
“About” is still not showing the correct version, contact Lender Toolkit at
