If your machine has FIPS enabled, the PowerTools settings that are encrypted won't be able to decrypt, and this will introduce a bunch of Errors on the user's Encompass machine.

IF YOU ARE RECEIVING FIPS ERRORS:

  1. Open the Window Registry (search for regedit and click open)

  2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\fipsalgorithmpolicy

  3. Change the registry key from 1 to 0
